What is the fertile ground. What makes your brand different. Is this difference good and what is the ideal image for your brand and what people think about your company. How do we want the brand to be perceived in order to communicate relevant differentiation. What should the image drivers be. What drives home the image, the brand promise. What's at the heart of the promise and how can it be expressed most compellingly. All this difference, this promise, is enshrined in your brand, or must be created as a perception in a person's mind when they see the symbols, sound, your product, that represents your company. This is a big ask of such a small thing.
