EPI Plastic New Zealand. Plastic blow and injection moulding machine and auxillary equipment sales. Second hand.

 

Later in 2013 EPI Plastics will be moving to a factory building that we own.  This gives us an opportunity to look at the machiney and equimpent that we have at the moment and make a decision about what we want to take and what we will sell.  Below is the equipment that we will be selling.

 

500 Ton Injection Moulding Machine



 HPM 500 Ton Plastic Injection Moulding Machine

The large injection moulding machine is surplus to our requirements. We will be moving the factory shortly and thought it would be a good time to sell. We don't use it and would be happy to sell some tooling so you can make some products once you get it going well. It is old, possibly from the 1970s. We don't know much about it because the staff that ran and maintained it are long gone. It is large, 8.1m long, 2.1m wide, 3.1m heigh. Unsure how much it weighs, I've had estimates as much as 30 tons, but I'm unsure.

Would suit someone who has some expertise in this area. We don't now.

This tooling included in the sale: Space Saver (pot lid drip tray); Storage Trolly (including basket, tray, trolly and wheels); Cut n Strain (chopping board and sieve); Multi Stacker (stacking baskets). See photograph (excl Cut N Strain). Note, the wheels, tray and basket from the trolly will need a smaller machine for these components
